Cancellations, returns and refunds

Digital memberships

You can cancel renewal from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless the checkout terms state otherwise. Statutory cancellation rights and any request to begin digital services immediately will be presented before live checkout is enabled.

Physical cards

Prices, materials, personalisation, delivery estimate and applicable taxes are shown before ordering. Personalised goods may have different cancellation rights, but this does not affect rights where a card is faulty, not as described or delivered incorrectly. Report a problem promptly with your order reference and photographs where helpful.

Requesting help

Email orders@cluboro.co. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method. Live physical-card checkout remains disabled until delivery, trader-address and durable-confirmation requirements are operational.
