Terms of service

These terms govern use of Club Oro. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only share information you are entitled to share.

The service

The core digital card, exchange and contact collection service is provided without charge. Optional memberships, physical cards and integrations may be offered separately. Features described as previews may change before general release.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your sign-in methods and activity. You retain rights in content you add and give Club Oro the limited permission needed to host, display and process it for the service. Do not upload malware, impersonate others, scrape profiles, send spam, bypass limits or infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights.

Memberships and payments

Paid subscriptions are not activated until Stripe confirms payment. The price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms are shown before checkout and confirmed afterwards. You can manage an active subscription from Profile → Account & data. Club Oro will not charge a live payment until the production checkout and trader disclosures are enabled.

Availability and liability

We use reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

Ending use

You may stop using Club Oro or request deletion at any time. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory rights available where you live. Contact support@cluboro.co.
